导入GDS时的一些warning

1、the objects in the stream layer-datatype “187:16”are ignored！这应该说的是layermap的事情吧
2、我导入gds的时候，有几个warning
WARNING:ath length 830 at location (x,y) on layer 34 is less than 1/2 of path width 4500,the path would be created with the dimensions in stream file.to resolve this fix the source from which the stream file is generated and then run the translator again with the new stream file.
1、这些都是由哪些引起的?
2、IC615和IC5141使用的tf和layermap文件是否一样?

1.可能 187:16 不在 layermap 上
warning 是 gds 中 有 path 長度 短於 寬度 1/2
如 4500 寬 1/2 長度是 2250 只有830 不到 1/2 長度
有些軟體 使用時會有 問題
2.IC615和IC5141使用的tf和layermap文件是否一样?
同ㄧ製程應該會ㄧ樣
