以前有招过，不过那时没有合适的人选。后来headcount freeze，就没再继续。
今年以来我们的业务有大幅进步，因此人手不够的痛处又体现出来。现在老板们批了HC,所以就在水母上看看有没有合适的人。:)

3) customer training & consultation on design technology， IP portfolio， and benifit cross technology
4) identify business opportunity with technical judgement
Job Qualifications:
1) major in EE or micro electronics IC design
2) at least 5 years of working experience in IC design field，chip implementation or layout experience at advanced technology is preferred
3) good communication skill，solid techical backgroud，willing to learn and patience to customer
