Requirements：
1. Bachelor or above degree of Microelectronics or EE
2. More than 2 years work experiences in analog or mixed signal IC layout
3. Familiar with layout fundamental, like device matching, ESD, latch up, etc.
4. Knowledge of circuit design basics including reading of circuit schematics for layout implementation
5. Good skills on EDA tools, such as Candence, Assura, Calibra, etc.
6. Good team work and communication skills

1. Responsible for analog IC definition, design, evaluation, ATE support, silicon validation, debugging.
2. Focus on block level and top level design, simulation with EDA tools and Co-work with layout.
3. Work with program management, system/application, and marketing.
Requirements:
1. Master or above degree of Microelectronics or EE.
2. More than 3 years analog IC design experience.
3. Strong basic knowledge in analog circuit design like Bandgap, LDO, Oscillator ,etc,.
4. Very good understanding of BiCMOS or BCD process, ESD, etc,.
5. At least one of power IC product experience such as LDO, DC-DC, AC-DC, Battery Charger, etc.
6. Knowledge of basic DC-DC topology, such as Buck, Boost or Buck-Boost is helpful
7. Basic Linux skills, familiar with EDA tools (Cadence)
8. Highly motivated with good team work and good communication skills
9. Fluent English and good communication skills.
