具体说说

  刚贴了一个球糠董事会跟股东们汇报的帖子，审查不知道通过了灭有。
  看样子球糠问题很严峻。

You know a company is in a big trouble when it needs outside "expert" to
tell them where they can reduce costs and improve revenue. What about asking
the internal supposedly brilliant 30,000 people that you already hired?
Unless you worried that they won't suggest the obvious solution which is to
cut their own job. Not that I think cutting jobs will address anything.
