在这里展开一下对这个问题的了解:
问:有没有可能将pc集成到一个芯片上?
我的了解:
目前手机供电电路的效率是85%,也就是说有15%的电能要转化成热,另外PMU由于功率管的缘故向来从工艺特征尺寸的进一步发展中得到的收益较少。 再加上PMU和其他特殊功能需要比核心电压高的电压的MOS管, 因此未来的手机芯片适合于做成两个die, 一个是纳米工艺的处理器die,一个是深亚微米工艺的电源和其他特殊功能的die。
这样设计不管从成本还是TDP(Thermal Design Power)讲都是最优化的。
看到作芯片的都想转去做互联网了,挺不是滋味的。

上个周末我对电动车和电池的安全性问题进行了全面地阅读,没有惊喜,也没有太失望。
我们能不能攒一个做电池的公司,赚钱之后再作相关电路,比如电池回收,充电,均衡和电量检测 ...。目前市场上做电路厉害的都是IC公司,做电池的大多都是做EVs的,还没出现什么专业做“电池+芯片”的公司呢,这是一个值得我们奋斗一辈子的项目吧?清洁能源有意义吧?要做就努力进入产业链高端吧?
