职责：
Report to CEO.
Manage Android system software team.
Co-work with Market/ASIC/Hardware team for production define of 芯得's SmartWatch/Tablet/SmartTV chips.
Design and develop android framework extension, including but not limited to, surfaceflinger, OpenGL ES, Display, window manager, multi-media framework, webkit, BT/WiFi, IR blaster, HDMI, camera, search engines etc.
Porting of android software stack to various 芯得 chip.
Develop and integrate additional features to 芯得 chip.
Design and develop reference applications on Android with various technologies.
Support testing and stabilization of integrated android software stack.
要求：
Self-motivation. Good-skill of Management.
Good understanding and excellent programming skills in Android, Experience in android framework is highly desired.
Good understanding in Linux Kernel.
Proven ability to design, debug and document complex software applications and stacks.
Experience with developing and debugging in real-time embedded software is highly desired.
Strong software engineering and programming skills in C/C++ is highly desired.
Experience in Java programming is a plus.
Familiarity with object-oriented design.
Familiarity with Linux User/Kernel space Programming.
Familiarity with Multimedia standards and frameworks, like MPEG2-TS, H264, FFMPEG, gStreamer, stageflight, etc.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment.
1. Android system software design of high performance and low power SOCs and cooperates with HW engineers to develop a stable SoC platform running Android.
2. Bootloader and embedded Linux porting/development on the architecture of ARM or MIPS. Optimize the performance.
3. Device driver development and IP validation, such as USB, LCDC, DDR, ISP, etc.
4. Software infrastructure of SoC, including Android OS, device drivers, etc. 5. Recruit and manage engineers of SOC software team.
