该不该去军工研究所？

本人在合肥，研究生毕业之后到合肥一家不靠谱的小公司做ASIC,最近拿到38所集成电路
设计中心的offer.没有编制，待遇在合肥算是中等。不知该不该去，担心进去之后出来就
不容易了，听说军工研究所按资排辈比较严重，但合肥真的找不到像样的ASIC工作，联发
科今年也不招人了。恳请各位指教，谢谢！

联发科技（北京）IC Design Technology 部门招聘 Digital IC Physical Design Engineer.
  
Job Description:
1.    Use mainstream EDA tools and advanced methodology to do IC physical layer design.
2.    Implement 40/28nm advanced process popular digital macro(USB, DDR, etc.) P&R and Timing closure solution.
3.    Use C Shell/Perl/Tcl to automate design flow.
  
Job Requirement:
1.    Master in EE & CS. 2+ working experience;
2.    Hand on working experience on digital IC physical design;
3.    Have the experience of using Cadence, Synopsys backend tools;
4.    Familiar with Script programming, having physical synthesis, SI experience as a plus.
5.    RTL design knowledge, Synthesis and STA knowledge is a plus;
6.    Good team work and communication skill.

个人建议你不要去，作为外聘员工，你会很失落的，活累不说，比正式员工收入再少很多。加之节假日发放的东西，人家有，你没有，会很伤心的。

活都是你们干，福利没你们啥事，去嘛？大部分所谓的事业单位都是这个鸟样，同工同酬的也有，但是很少，进去前打探清楚

现在大部分研究所里面，非博士都没有啥编制了。

现在研究所都要转制了。
去学点东西也是不错的。
