Required Basic Qualifications
o MS in EE + 2 Years of relevant experience
o Strong EE fundamentals – Analog & Mixed-signal
o Experience with silicon debug - standard lab equipment like oscilloscopes, multi-meter, logic analyzer etc.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
o Prior experience in silicon design or product definition
o Experience working with customers/sales teams.
o Experience with PCB design - schematic capture and board layout.
Primary Responsibilities
o Drive the business forward with new product definition
o Develop customer relationship and deliver successful products
o Engage with TI Sales/Field teams in product creation & DIN activity.
o Creating technical literature such as datasheets, application notes, user guides
o Technical expert, responsible for product ramp up at customer
o Analyze complex end-equipment ranging from cellphones and tablets to servers and industrial applications. Should identify opportunities for improving performance and adding value to these systems.
Secondary Responsibilities
o Trouble shooting customer application issues by lab testing, schematic analysis and other methods as necessary. Bring quick resolution to customer problems by interfacing across different functional groups like design, product, test, packaging, marketing and sales.
o Represent the product line to internal and external customers worldwide.
Management & Organizational Skills
o Proactive, motivated multi-tasker with strong time management skills.
o Should be a strategic thinker with a strong desire for professional growth.
Team & People Skills
o Strong oral and written communication skills. Communicate clearly with customers and TI teams across the world.
o Should be comfortable making presentations to small and large groups
