一个是device aging的,具体任务是modify/extend the SPICE model equations in such a way, that the device aging can be calculated for every MC run separately. We’ll need to implement this feature more as worst case and to skip the integrating nature of the aging function. But if the delta is acceptable, we’ll be able to consider the device aging directly during analog design without the usage of further tools. This should provide a more easy access to the design community to consider device aging during circuit design.
另外一个是radar的系统设计。老板是大牛,infineon的senior member,vco的超级牛人,
哪个好呢,请各位大牛请教

第二个是偏器件的?
