TSMC.18 MM/RF如何自动扫描各种corner和temp

PDK中提供了一个tsmc18msrf.pcf文件，调用后应该可以仿各种情况，但是总是报错，哪位用过给说一下怎么用吧？
报错如下："/TSMC.18/models/spectre/rf018.scs"812: syntax error
"input.scs"89: syntax error. statement ignored
spectre terminated prematurely due to fatal error.

看pdf说明，跑corner时model里面有几行是要注释掉的,好像是关于统计模型的那些行
