The streamlined design of the new website makes for a familiar user experience, similar to what people are used to in the consumer space. Product pages feature new high resolution photos, enhanced datasheets, applicable certificates and real-time inventory levels and pricing.

Live chat has also been added to Fairview’s website giving engineers and buyers another convenient means of receiving support, especially for quick answers to minor technical questions. A simple one-page checkout screen was implemented to remove unneeded friction during the checkout process.
