New York, United States of America, August 5, 2010 - NXP Semiconductors N.V. (Nasdaq: NXPI) announced today that its initial public offering of 34,000,000 shares of common stock will be priced at $14 per share. The shares are scheduled to begin trading tomorrow, August 6, 2010, on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "NXPI." The offering’s underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to 5,100,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
