ads transient simulation problems

Hi All, I installed ads 2008. However, I find I cannot do transient simulation. But it can do the frequency simulation. anyone can help?
Do you see any error message? If so what?
can you put a picture to the circuit an measurement set up and the error message.
Check for the license for transient simulator.
