HI Guys
How to give a complex impedance in p1_tone? I try a+bi,a+b*i,a+bj, all did not work. any comments?
Thanks

In ADS ,it should work as a+j*b
For instance Z=24+j*50
Did not work in ADS, they treat j as variable and ask me to initialize it. any tricks?
Yes, read Kurokawa's paper about generalized S-parameters and do the conversion of linear S parameters (50 ohm) to complex loads. That works for linear simulations.
For non-linear: just add a reactance in series with the pure-resistance port. Excitation power is the same because it's the maximum available power after matching.
Hi
Can you give me a link about Kurokawa's paper about generalized S-parameters?
Thanks
