TICRA is helpful for reflector design. I would have reservations about HFSS because you would need large amounts of RAM.

It is only a guess but I would anticipate that the feed tool is on the order of S10K to 20K. I really do not know. If you are serious, I would recommend asking them directly so you do not go off half-cocked.

"Sabor" might also be useful (e. g. low cost ).
