cad tools for rfic design

I want to read about CAD tools in RFIC design. For example, I want to know about harmonic balance and other methods that used in this field. pls hlp me.

there is a simple treatment in Stephen Maas Book "Nonlinear RF and Microwave Circuit" about Hramonic balance.
u alos can check agilent ADS help there is some simple explanation about Harmonic balance and Circuit Envelope
