IE3D error when simulating 2x16 patch antenna array with patterns

Hi

I have prepared an array of 2x16 patch antenna. When I simulate it (without patterns) it took more than an hour and finally it was completed. Now when I am trying to simulate it with patterns, IE3D shows an error that it can't continue and the simulation process comes to an end.

Can anyone guess where is the prblm?

memory work out,your pc can't simulated so large an array!
