ADS2008 shuts down when MIMCAP component is selected

I have met some problems in using MIMCAP of tsmc18rf with ADS2008.
If I select the MIMCAP component, ADS will shut down automatically.
The same problem will occur in ADS2006.

How to solve this problem?

This is a bug of PDKs before version6a, even TSMC_MOS018_V6 have such problem. Install ADS 2005 or go TSMC Online, download newest PDK.
