I have a question and hopefully someone can answer me, the Question is:

Which are the best? the Wilkinson Power divider or Coupler that can be use in three stage Doherty Power Amplifer? and why ?

are you asking if a wilkinson power divider can be used in a Doherty power amp?

Wilkinson power divider is obviously a good option for using if your bandwidth is not very much. However you can use it for higher bandwidths with a little degradation in quality. Also its size is smaller than any other power divider.
