Antenna Gain Measurement - HELP ~

Dear All,
I have a big problem in the Antenna Gain Measurement. As shown as the data(sheet1.pdf and sheet2,pdf), it is totally different from the target (target.pdf). I have followed the formula listed on the page1 of "Antenn_gain.pdf", so I use the calculation: G(ref. ant) (dB) + Pmax (AUT) (dB) - Pmax (ref ant) (dB) in sheet1.pdf. However, the curve is wrong (sheet2.pdf).
Is there any experienced guy can tell me the main points in order to tackle it ?
