IE3D error when simulating a patch antenna array

I was simulating my patch antenna array of 2*16 elements when I encountered an error. Attached is the log of that error. Plz help me to kick it out.

It is experiencing some problem in finding the pattern after simulaiton. The s-parameters and the current distribution data are saved already. You can open the .cur file and do the pattern calculation on IE3D layout editor (MGRID) to see whether you still have the problem. Also, you should contact support@zeland.com to get the updated IE3D 14.x. The problem might be fixed already. Regards.
