16 way power divider

I need to design a 16-way power divider in ADS for my antenna array.I need help on it .Its urgent.

there is an example in microwave office,you can take a look.

there is an example also, in IE3D
8x8 array of patches with printed power divider.

What is the limitation of on size?
If length is not critical just cascade the 2 way section.
