Does anybody know where to find the ebook of Thomas Lee's book?

Thanks!

Did you tried our Ebook forum ,it has a good number of good books on RF Design.

My favourite is RF Design Handbook . Its available on the forum.

Hello

Thomas lee's book is the best

Hi

I can recommend Gozalez book, it explain the basic microwave theory, otherwise it is strictly amplifier design. So for a basic microwave book, it is not suited.
But if amplifier design is wanted, it is the best book around.

Microwave engineering!

Thomas Lee's, but 2nd edition, he has improved CMOS examples.
The first one is only good for beginners!

Razavi's Book and Lee's book.

"RF Theory and Design Demystified"
is a very good book, enjoy it!

STAY AWAY FROM LEE'S BOOK!

I THINK THERE ARE COUNTLESS GOOD BOOKS ABOUT RF DESIGN.
THE BEST WAY TO BE GOOD AT RF DESIGN IS NOT ON WHAT RF BOOK YOU READ BUT ON JOB TRAINNING.

Why?

The following books by Les Besser and Rowan are very good to begin with.. Lot of practical design concepts and guidelines demonstrated.

http://file.21ic.com.cn/RFDesign/ Artech House - Practical Rf Circuit Design for Modern Wireless Systems1

http://file.21ic.com.cn/RFDesign/ Artech House - Practical Rf Circuit Design for Modern Wireless Systems, Active Circuits and Systems.pdf

RF design by Chris Bowick is another excellent book

Microwave circuit design by Pavio, Vendelin, Rohde is surely a very good resource for learning

i believe there are so many good books about rf. but the key is practice

i agree with you. So any one has practiced making rf trx/rcv could advice us or give some working circuits?

I think Razavi book is the best.

I think Design of CMOS Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits by Thomas H. Lee 1st editon is good for beginners

I have lost it so if anyone know a link for it please pm me

razavi is so simple

can u tell us what rf or mw books is best in ur opinion? thanks a lot

hello,
I suggest you the book named "RF Design" by "Bowick".
this book explain Rf design very simply.

I don't think Lee's book should be used as an RF book, it's just waaay too abstract in that area, with not enough math. It's mostly an analog cmos IC design book, which is good if this is what you're looking for. I know Microwave Transistor Amplifier Analysis and Design by Gonzalez is very good one. I used them both.
