fll177 data sheet

Hi,

I'm trying to find FLL171 or FLL171ME Datasheets (RF FETs from Fujitsu).

Can anyone help me?

I tried Fujitsu and new Eudyna (makes fujitsu products) but no luck! except 2 Japanese pages with very little information.

The Name shows FL171
but in datasheet name comes, FL177.
May be they have changed name.

I have not good experience with Fujitsu transistors.

I saw FLL177 and it seems that both (FLL171 & FLL177) are very similar and maybe same part with minor difference. I have to use FLL171 for repairing a Test Sysmtem and i must be sure that FLL177 works and use it.
