Reg:Thickness of patch

While designing a patch antenna, does the thickness of the patch have any effect on the antenna, does it change the resonant frequency?....can u please tell me abt its effect on characterstics of an antenna.

Yes and is considerable if the antenna is used in the array.
You can study the same using the simulations.
