Expression in ADS optimization

Hello,

I want to optimize a passive circuit, in order to make it has a phase shift relationship: theta1@f850MHz=K*theta2@1850MHz. The exact value of phase shift is not interesst.

Anyone can tell me how to write the optimization goal in ADS?
