class b rf amplifier

Hi,

I am currently looking at doing class B or class AB power amplifier design for RF application. Can anyone provide advise on designing the DC biasing and RF matching circuits for such amplifiers.

Are you aware of bias-T design?
This helps you on DC isolation for the RF matching.
You need to study the matching circuits and methods from Gonzalez.
Based on the application select the Class.
Search this forum and I am sure you will find lot of examples with discussion.
