I'm going to design antenna at 2 - 6 GHz. what is the substrate that has Er = 2.2 ?

There are following laminates with dielectric constant demanded for your purposes: Rogers 5880, Neltec NY9220, Taconic TLY-5 or Arlon DiClad 880, Arlon CuClad 217 LX, Arlon Isoclad 917 (but Arlon I once again would specify on datasheets)
