polyfet lr804 datasheet

I would like to design a 100W power amplifier. which has a bandwidth from 30MHz to 600 MHz. Do you know, which transistors could be used for this design.

LR804 of polyfet may be helpful to you

Pfft, broadband and power amplifier are not really things that go together well. It can be done, but the efficiency of your power amplifier will be terrible because you will have to give a lot of backoff.

Thanks for your info. But I can not open the datasheet of LR804 in the homepage of Polyfet. Is there another way to find it?

I think there are many parts from Freescale can be the candidates. Like, MRF6V4300N, MRF6V2150N, MRF6V2300N. Good luck!
