Hi! I have a big problem is a Power FET's i/p Z is around 3-7 ohm in 50-1500MHz,I want make a matching network in that freq range. My friends tell me that's impossibly.really?any suggesting?
Thanks!

Did you notice the Polyfet publications about broadband matching? E.g. http://www.polyfet.com/broadbandmatch.PDF
It may be hard but possible as the impedance variation is too less over the band.
The critical part is it requires multiple LC sections.
It is possible. Actually when you design a PA, you have to do such an impedance matching for maximum output power. You can try several segments of L-C to realize it.
