Structures including PIN Diodes on IE3D

Does anyone know how to simulate structures (based on coplanar waveguide) including PIN diodes on IE3D ?

If you have the s-parameters of the pin diode(s), you can use MODUA for Mixed EM and Circuit simulation. You can even find the radiation pattern of the structure with the diode included.
