Hello,
I read that in the model BSIM 3 and BSIM 4 there is a lack of symmetry in the model,that leads to different left and right hand second order derivatives
at Vds=0, consequently, the second and higher order derivatives do not exist at Vds=0.I have attached two articles I read on this topic.My question is this:
How can I do to skip this problem, using the same model BSIM3 adding something in the schematic to delete the nn linearity at Vds=0? Can I do this?
I have to make a passive mixer.
