Anyone can offer some reference or example design about VCO in ADS, i am a new designer
i want to design vco 5.5GHz in ADS(2008), but i can't
in ads2008 how can i install design kit for MOSFET 0.18um?
please help me

You can get the same from Vendor too.

Do u have any tutorial file for that 5.5GHz VCO. I mean ur project report or some sort of details that could beneficial for me in order to understand the VCO designing steps at 5.5GHz?
i want work in 0.18um, and i dont have the model. only have a notepad model for 0.18um and if the parameter be right,how can i transfer the system mos in ADS?or how can i buide a new mos by myself?if i want the mos operated in 5.5GHz or others,how can i choose it?
