bandpass filter 600-1000MHz

The best method to make the band pass filter is
(Passband: 600MHz-1000MHz, with a isolation of -60dB, 10% away from bandwidth)........


with the lumped element method is it possible or any other methods to solve this?

Lumped element method is the best solution. Use a high pass in cascade with a low pass to realize this band pass filter.

The specification ends up in something like 7th order elliptic filters. I also think, that lumped elements design is preferable, precise tuning respectively component dimensioning is rather critical with steep filters, however.

Lumped elements method probably is cheaper but the best performance that you can get is to use a Cavity Filter.
