Passiv mixer on Silicon 25 Ohm.cm

Is it really possible to realize a double balanced diode mixer of 7 dB loss on silicon with 25 Ohm.cm conductivity ? I got the result with simulation but it seems to be too optimistic results... The balun was simulated in Momentum with microwave mode.
