Well i have designed a rectenna at microwave frequency of 2.66 GHz....he power recieved by me at the recieving antenna is 16 dbm whem 25dbm was transmitted.... Now i m converting it inot DC voltage using a schottky diode and the output voltage m getting is roundabout 10 mV.........
Now the problem lies tat i have to lght a LED from this currrent ..........
soo ma query is are er any such LEDS dat operate at a voltage of say 1 olt or velow it !
and how can i amplify the voltage without boosting the power to 2 volts so that i can light an LED !
urgent HElp Req.......PLzzz do ans

Why you don't use voltage doublers?
use an Op-Amp between di0de and LED
