spiral inductor design

anyone know where can i get any example or tutorial for spiral inductor design? i had tried using AWR, ADS and now switching to mentor graphic, yet i stil couldnt get any result i want...i m new in all 3 softwares..pls advise..thanks

AWR Microwave Office (MWO) has good Spiral Inductor Models with layout & most of the time usefull for MMIC or RFIC design as these are quasi-em models...
