I am hoping to find a good reference book for one of my MMIC class at uni.
My professor uses Microwave Transistor Amp by Gonzalez.
Right now I am thinking about picking up either Microwave Engineering by Pozar or Planar Microwave by Lee.
which one would you guys recommend? If neither, then what's good?
Thanks!

I haven't seen that particular Gonzalez book, but the Earlier one I have is pretty good. Is there something specific you are looking for in another book?

I'm just looking for something introductory for microwave / RF book. I want to make sure that I have good fundamental understanding of microwave circuit, so that when employer asks me a basic question, I wouldn't be clueless.
I don't know the specific path underneath the area of microwave/RF. If someone can break it down for me that will be great.
Thanks in advance.
