IE3D Equivalent circuit extraction

Please any one help me to extract the equivalent circuit parameters from S parameters from IE3D. I have modeled a equivalent circuit.

There are many ways. You need to specify what you want: (1) wide band without physical meaning; (2) low freqeuncy with physical meaning; (3) For coupled transmission line. Anyway, there are many options and it is discussed in the manual.

Thanks Jian. Actually I designed one DGS. I constructed the equivalent circuit for that. Now how can I find out the parameters values using S parameters.The equivalent circuit is Pi type.Capacitors are in the Shunt arm and LC parallel combination is in the series arm.
