qvc12 chip

can any body here suggest me any IC's for the band given? i know cvco55be & cvco55cl but they are not available in my country!
so plz suggest me any other IC's through which i can generate this band of frequencies..
band of interset is:
925-960MHZ for EGSM
1805-1880 MHz FOR DCT.

help plz.

instead VCO alone why not you go for synthesizer too like ADF4360?

i don't know much abt synthesizer plz can u giv me som info abt synthesizer?
