need some examples for optimetrics in HFSS

i working on hffs to desgin the antennas for mobile phones , can i get some examples for the optmetrics in hffs , like how its works and what are benifits using it

I have a detailed example for ANSOFT OPTIMETRICS
but i am not sure that
ANSOFT OPTIMETRICS is a seprate software than HFSS
or the Parametric Sweep option given in HFSS
If it is a seprate software then i need this so if anybody have this kindly
send or give link
