Mixer Characterization Setup

Hi,

I have a mixer operating at 60G. Its a single ended mixer. I need to charecterize this mixer. Can someone suggest the test setup for characterizing it. ?

Right now, I have a VNA capable of measuring at this frequency, along with a signal gen for LO signal, and associated probes and pins. Its a on-wafer probe measurement, with GSG pads.
