mixer spurious analysis example

I found an excel spur calculator endorse by microwave 101

On the notes tab of the tool there is an upconverting example provided where the the IF = 300-350MHz, LO = 500MHz and RF =800-850MHz

Question 1:

Can I use this spreadsheet if I had a downconversion example where IF = 315MHz and LO = 2086-2168?

Question 2:

The author says in his example on the notes tab that " at 325MHz in we start getting 5th order products that may be a problem."

At 325 MHz the 5th order spur highlighted is at 875MHz, how is this a problem?
Arent all the spur issues the ones that fall within 800-850MHz?

Please explain.......
