how to work on ansoft

Hi...actually I m an engineering student studying in final year.I have a B.tech project on Microwave integrated circuits and my Prof. has given us a task to work on Ansoft Designer.But,as i m new to this field,so I m not getting much .Therefore,I want to know more about Ansoft designer.It would be nice if someone explains it clearly.

This software is based on Method of moment and its environment is similar to Ansoft HFSS. It's 2.5D software and one of its important advantages is that you can model lumped elements in that and It's easy to learn.
