VCO design - oscillator choice

Hi
I need to design a very small vco with a nominal centre freq of 2.45GHz.
What I'm a little unsure about is which oscillator topology would be best to use.

Does any I have any recomendations baring in mind size is important here.

At this frequency I would go for an Differential Push-Push VCO.
