You are using EMSight EM simulator right?

Then always try to use the Edge Port which is caliberated,
but if you face difficulty in adding at edges of the antenna structure use the Via port (again depend on your type of excitation). But don't use Internal Port...

Upload your MWO project file (*.emp), so that I will suggest you to what port is effective...
