What does DC to 6000MHz operational Frequency mean

This looks like the specification for a modular amplifier. It gives the frequency range over which the gain is the specified value or a little less.

DC means 0 MHz, that is direct current (DC). There is no frequency content.

This module uses resistor feedback. One from base to collector and one from emitter to ground. The price for this wide bandwidth is a noise figure of over 6 dB. These units however have good distortion performance.

There are also transformer and directional coupler feedback schemes that trade less bandwidth for noise figures under 3 dB.
