USB 2.0 General Schematic Diagram?

I am a student from the local university in Malaysia and currently I am doing a project entitled "fiber optics video transmission system". The HFBR-1414TZ and HFBR-2416TZ are used as the optical transceiver to transmit video signals from one laptop to another laptop in which video signals come out and into laptop via USB 2.0 port.

Here is the question:
Is there any general USB 2.0 schematic diagram can be used to drive the signals out from laptop? There is no any coding involved since the goal is just get the video signals out from laptop via USB 2.0 port.
