Synthesis of parasitic network from S-Parameters

I have a Coplanar waveguide (CPW) Transmission line with Interdigital capacitances (IDC) between signal and ground lines.

I basically need to synthesise the section shown as a parasitic circuit network shown in the RHS. I have the data pertaining to the frequency response (i.e) the S-Parameters data of the section for which the parasitics network need to be obtained.

Of the parasitics that need to be calculated, Cidc is available with me from the IDC capacitance formula. The LC Network may have series LC or parallel LC combination.

Can you please suggest ways to derive or synthesise the required network from the S-Parameters data ?
Or even suggest some tools for doing this.
