Proximity Sensor SFH 7741

Hi all,

I am a beginner in electonic design. I want to use a proximity sensor for a project, especially a SFH 7741. I can't use it, it seems doesn't work.
Anyone know this component and can help me ? If someone has a schematics, it could be better.
